"No communication between front desk and managers. When we arrived they said there was no hot* water. I told them it was okay as long as there was cold water. I didn’t mind showering with cold water. Once checked in, there was no water at all. Couldn’t brush my teeth. Use the toilet nor take a shower because of that issue. The older gentleman with long hair, I believe his name was George, was not helpful at all. Thank God Rachel was there in the morning during checkout, she was amazing and...

"We have stayed here several times and really like this hotel. Rooms are clean, breakfast is served until 10:00 am really like that feature after a long travel day before."

"Everything was good except no microwave in the room and no free breakfast"

"Had 3 cockroaches in our room, and visible evidence in the hallway on day two (egg sac and legs on the floor). Elevator sounded terrible and it seemed as though only one of the two worked, but even the one was broken on one day of our stay. Room was not that clean when we checked in, but was passable until we saw the roaches. Would avoid until these items are fixed."
