The newroom i had issues with the door lock as well. I continuously had to go to the main office for them to either. Get me a new key or a key re download the current key, The staff was amazing, the entirety of the time and made it a seamless issue."

"Worst place I have ever stayed. Property was in renovations so only a couple of rooms available and old mattresses were in a pile in parking lot with people working in all the other rooms with intermttent loud equipment noise. None of this was disclosed on hotels.com. Couldn’t find s staff member to check in for about 20 minutes, and no one in office for check out at 7am. Room not very clean, especially the bathroom. Shower water never warmed up. Loud noise from neighboring room plus road noise made it impossible to sleep."
