"Conveniently located for the centre of Haddington, the hotel is comfortable, quiet with good onsite parking. We didn't have an evening meal, although the menu looked great but we were out with friends. We did have breakfast which was good, a selection of cereals, juice, help yourself tea and coffee, full English. The staff were really friendly"

"We highly recommend The Leddie for your next visit to the East Lothian coast. The Leddie provides an elegant and upscale ambiance at a reasonable price. It was perfect for our “home base” for the East Lothian portion of our golf trip which included North Berwick, Gullane, Muirfield and Renaissance Club. The Leddie was renovated within the last two years so the appointments were all fairly new. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent. The staff, including especially the bartending staff, were engaging and friendly. We loved The Leddie and I don’t think you’ll go wrong recommending it to your friends. Richard & McCord Grice"

"The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much for them and once I explained the first bedroom I had the first night was too small, as in the bathroom for a large gentleman like myself and the shower too small for me, they changed my room, I still struggled with a single bed, so I would ask for a double bed next time, also be aware, there is a none refundable policy in place, so if did want to cancel in plenty of time, you won't get any money back, just a thought, but again, staff were fantastic and very friendly"
