"I absolutely loved this property! I didn’t want to leave!! Location was perfect. Bull frogs, birds even the light rain was relaxing. We stayed in the Mountain Laurel Yurt and it was amazing. Clean, upgraded, very luxurious! We had two elk wander in to drink from the pond and they were so beautiful! I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!"

"The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good."

Also, nothing on the website indicated that the pool was closed. They need to keep their website updated with relevant information so that guests can plan accordingly."

"This is a great hotel, super close to downtown, lots to do within the property, beautiful rooms as well. I did request a late check out and had housekeeping try to get in at 9:30am, 10am and 10:30am which was a little annoying but otherwise I would definitely stay here again."

"Only complaint is the noise. We were on the 9th floor and the street noise, cars sounding like drag racing, ambulances, fire trucks etc. all night long. The employee that decided to fill the ice freezer with ice at 4am right outside our room. The walls are not thick and my sleep was effected. The staff was exceptional, restaurant and bar/lounge area great at the hotel. Beautiful front porch areas and close to everything we were able to walk to our dinner reservations."
