"The property was clean they could clean the walls better there was a lot of markings and a few dead bugs on the walls, the hot tub was out of order. Other than that everything was great. We loved the fire place, the kitchen, washer and dryer very convenient. "

"I give my hotrl room a 1 star this time. This so called two queen bedroom, non-smoking room 1048. This room has to have the worst beds in the entire hotel. I stay at this hotel alot. My normal King room on either four sides of the hotel. However,; my last stay room 1048 was horrible. The beds were awfully hard and not leveled. The pillows caused me a headache each day. The room on the Creek side is a little nicer than SOCO dide. However; Creek side is getting worn out and an outdated look. "

"Such a perfect central location, within a few blocks of everything you'd want downtown: restaurants, shopping, the art museum... The most comfortable cloud-like bedding helped us relax and sleep in. The staff were so friendly, and gave us a list of area recommendations upon checkin. We tried the Bargello restaurant and had a delicious breakfast. No coffee makers in the room, but they have a great complimentary coffee service in the lobby bar. Highly recommend this hotel!"
