"Although we rated each section of this review with an excellent, we gave the hotel an overall good rating. This is because a third party company “owns” the parking lot and charges customers for parking. I doubt this is for security purposes and am pretty sure that the hotel is making a kick back from it. It is too bad that the tip for the housekeeping staff ended up going to this paid parking."

"We booked two rooms, unfortunately they were at opposite ends of the hallway, but both rooms were nice and roomy. We were pleased to have a refrigerator in the rooms, but most importantly after being told we weren't guaranteed a pack n play, we were able to have one in one of the rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast options available, especially the waffles!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I do have a few suggestions that could make the guest experience even better. The hand soap dispenser was empty when we arrived and, unfortunately, it was never refilled during our stay. Housekeeping also came only once during the entire week. At breakfast, there were several mornings when some food items ran out, and guests had to wait quite a while for them to be replenished. It also seemed that there could have been more staff available during the busy...
