"sooooo friendly the staff there, the breakfast every morning was phenomenal(seriously it was). SOOOOOOOOOO clean. Gym was great, pool was super nice and clean. To be honest, it exceeded all my expectations. Staff deserves some shout outs! Great 100%"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly..... especially the front desk staff. The front desk Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisors were all exceptional in their service deliveries. They were very thorough, attentive, and hospitable. The buffet was one of the best I've experienced with a major Hotel brand. The Food & Beverage and Culinary staff was very timely and efficient. I enjoyed the meaningful conversations. However, as a hotelier, i would like to provide a few focus areas for operations: 1) The room attendant who serviced the room on Sunday- the day after we arrived (Sat)... could use a bit more training in bed making and sweeping/ vacuuming of floor. Yet while an attempt was made to make up the bed, it appeared a bit rushed and lacked interest. 2) The spotlight in the bedroom near the room door and mirror on the wall did not work. I called the front desk asking if the light bulb could be changed; no one ever came. the following day, i called again and got a quick response from the maintenance team who shared that the ballast was bad and had to be changed. However, up to the check-out date, the ballast was never changed, and the light still does not work. You may want to address this before the next guest check-in. However, overall, my stay was immaculate, and i will definitely visit again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in North Charleston! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was truly exceptional and definitely stood out! In addition to the usual breakfast items, they offered fresh eggs, vanilla yogurt, fresh fruit to add to the yogurt, and delicious blueberry compote. There was a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and nicely presented. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and an outstanding breakfast made this a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
