"No body wash in the room. They said there was they could do because they ran out. The deadbolt on the door did not work which was a little disconcerting, especially since the room was near the entrance. You can hear the people enter and exit all night. The Staff was ill-trained and made excuses. Very poor customer service. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy."

"I would have given 5-stars if I wasn’t on the second floor above the entrance to the lobby and eating area. Staring at 6:00 AM people were slamming the door to the steps that our hotel door was next to. It was constant from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Good staff, clean, and comfortable."

"After checking in and finding the light was out in the entrance hallway, the staff dealt with it right away. The thing that was disconcerting was, we found a dirty pair of black men’s underwear on the floor near the dresser other than that the room was very clean, the staff very nice and helpful. I realize things can get over looked but underwear on the floor is a bit much. However, to be fair, it took me a while before I saw them."

"This was a one stop night on our way to another destination. The pool was not available for use, and the included breakfast was very limited. For the price, the lack of amenities was to be expected. The room itself had clean sheets and a comfortable bed, however, the floor was very dirty and the walls were discolored and unclean. Would only stay here as a last resort."
