"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also.

"Super clean. Staff (Diego at the front desk!) was amazing. Perfect location. Right on the beach. Discounted beach chairs and umbrella for $20. Rooms need some love - all the sinks drained slow, bed was super hard and overall the property just looked tired but the location makes up for it. "This is a really nice hotel located right on the beach the pool is very nice as well as the gym and the front desk employees are very helpful giving complimentary drinks for our wait making sure we were comfortable. The room was kept very clean with regular service coming through. This hotel is largely kid and family friendly. If you are a mid 20-30 I would suggest another location caters towards families."
