"The design of the suite was excellent especially the design of the second bathroom to accommodate the people using the fold out couch. The furnishings and the supplies in the kitchen were excellent. And I was glad that they made an allowance for recycling. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. I understand that need to do the renovations in the summer season because there is still an outdoor pool to use. I was disappointed that they did not relay this...

"Our dark curtains didn’t close/were broken. There was a family in the pool area with a huge speaker playing music very loud. Music is fine, but the speaker was way too loud and someone should be monitoring that. We had a towel that was dirty. All in all, we’d still go back if needed, but just noticed some things."

"The room was super clean and the staff was so friendly. So many useful ammenaties for the price. The pool is perfect for families to hang out in. Our room had such comftorable beds and sheets as well as a fridge, tv, microwave, etc. Everything was fully stocked. I will definitely be coming back."

"The ice machine wasn’t working on my floor. The first morning (of 2) I was able to get juice and breakfast. The 2nd day the juice dispenser was empty and there was a poor selection of hot items and there was no employee in sight to monitor it. My biggest complaint is that the HOT water in the dispensers (for tea) tasted like coffee —- ugh. It happens at a lot of places unfortunately. The same dispenser should be used for water only OR the carafes cleaned well."
