"The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful, I think they went above snd beyond with help and service, rooms were very clean and food was great the only thing we didn’t like in the dining area we were seated near the windows and it was very cold."

"We stayed in a regular room, 3 adults with two queen beds. The room was large. I had asked for a shower chair and informed during booking that I will bring suction grab bars. After 3 days, the shower chair did not materialize. I was told the hotel could not get one. We moved to the smaller accessible room ( one leg amputee ). The housekeeping staff did not place sufficient towels either they forgot towels or milk, or coffee or something. The stuff to make coffee or tea were old. We stayed...
