Called and spoke with Cynthia and she was no help even rude it’s been a month now I still don’t have my money refunded. They are keeping peoples incidental fees don’t stay "

"So far the Prado has provided us with very good service. We stayed in this location many times when it was a Drury. The staff is friendly from check in to maintenance. The hotel is clean inside and out, and the parking lot has good lighting. The breakfast has multiple options for hot or cold. The evening meal options are varied and provide options for a quick bite or a light meal. We had an issue with our last stay, which was for a medical procedure, with the air unit and within a couple hours of reporting the problem it was fixed. "
