"Loved the location. Not too happy about the newly imposed parking fee. As a gold member I'm entitled to two bottled water and food/beverage credit per day. Didn't get any of that. Instead I was imposed a $35/day parking fee and refused a later check out time. My two daughters who had separate reservations ..."

"Front desk staff not helpful at all like they are at other Hilton properties. After 3 reminders, they lied and did nothing to set up a ride for us to make our flight. Stay elsewhere"
