"I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, there were cigarette butts left on the balcony, which was clearly a cleanliness issue. I reported it, but there was no response or follow-up from the hotel staff. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of accountability—despite the issue not being resolved, no compensation or refund was offered. For the level of service expected, this was extremely frustrating. I hope the hotel takes guest concerns more seriously and improves...
