"I would have given the property a 5-star rating but there are small things they could do to easily improve it. We knew it was an older property but we didn’t want to be in high rise. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We were on the ground floor and you could walk out your door into the Tiki bar and beach. "This place was wonderful to stay at before our cruise, and I wish we could've stayed more days. It's walking distance from the beach and a ton of restaurants there (literally, it takes like two minutes to get there), and there's a good restaurant/pool/hot tub attached to the hotel itself. Definitely worth staying at. "

"Only 2 rooms have an ocean view but their is a shared balcony area where everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach view. There is a locked gate at the main entrance which is great for safety. Do not bring big bags as you must walk up an inclined narrow staircase. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot, overall wonderful. If you are planning on cooking there is not much in the kitchen but who cooks with so many good restaurants."

"Nothing fancy, but it did the job pretty well. The bed was comfortable, the room was reasonably clean, the staff was nice enough (although spread thin), and most importantly, it was about a hundred steps from the beach. If you want easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants and want to avoid renting a car, this is the place for you."
