"The positive: location was great. Right next to the beach. Plus you get 1 umbrella and two beach towels. The hotel is also close to lots of restaurants. The Hollywood boardwalk is very nice. The adult pool was great to get away from the crowd. The room had fantastic bed. The negative: There were lots of guests. I felt overwhelmed sometimes. Long lines at the coffee place. I didn’t even go to the all ages pool because they were always busy. Also there were lines to take the elevator. The cleaning crew would come at the end of the day to clean the room, sometimes at 5 pm. The pressure with the water in the shower was very weak. I guess they didn’t want you to stay too long in the shower."

"This place is disgusting!! Room smelled like pot!! Used tissues in the room--they smelled like pot!! Bar of soap in bathroom was about the size of a Hershey's mini chocolate bar. Cost $240!! It wasn't worth $40. The only positive was that the lady who checked us in was pleasant. It's an embarrasment to Expedia!!"

"The room was filthy. Sheets had holes in them and they didn’t look clean. The platform where the mattress sat was dirty. The duvet cover had stains and black flecks all over it. White stains on the headboard that weren’t wiped off. The floors…they turned our feet black when we walked on them. Pillows were terrible and very flat. No seating in the room except 1 office chair, and the surfaces weren’t wiped down. The lobby was ok, however, entering the hotel was difficult because the front doors aren’t kept unlocked. For this being a hotel by Hilton, it wasn’t a good one!"

"Property was not at all what it was advertised to be. King suite had a queen bed in the living room, 2 queen beds in the bedroom, only 2 pillows per bed, I had to use a lint brush to get what appeared to be dog hair off the pillowcase in order to lay my head down for a couple hours after a long day of travel, no available blankets, 1 AC in bedroom had no heat and the other in the kitchen you couldn’t adjust the temperature. Cockroaches everywhere, no hot water at 12:25 at night, not one single item in (full) kitchen to use with the appliances. No facecloth or hand towels in bathroom, no after hours number to call. Was charged additional fees at property. Absolutely no view of the ocean only the sky above the other hotels. When I approached the manager the following morning and let him know that we would not be staying we were leaving. His response was us. I can put you in another room. When I asked about the roaches if they would also be in the other room he said I don’t know. Not even any offer to return the cash money we paid for cleaning or parking of the days we were not staying. This property is in deplorable condition and I would never ever refer anybody to stay here. It is not one bit of what it was advertised to be. "
