Our issue really comes from the lack of available tours unless sufficient guests book in, but if not enough book you’re not able to book with another tour company without paying an extortionate docking fee. The food at the buffet is average but the Italian restaurant was lovely. The staff seem very confused with requests and say they’re not allowed to make decisions and yet there is never anyone around who can. Frustrating experience"

"The pool was a bit small, but okay. It is in a small courtyard so it felt like it was "inside" even though it was open to the sky. The first room they put me in had a dripping air conditioner, so they moved me to a different room where everything worked well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included meals were good. I actually hadn't known that I wouldn't be able to get alcohol here, but luckily I was only here for a couple of days! :) "

"Absolutely loved it, the staff is extremely helpful by having in mind that I missed one day and arrived the next due to the flight cancellations. The hosts are very welcoming, you get everything you need even if you are alone, safety, security and arrangements you request. "Transfer was excellent! Check in was stress free. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Location was lovely and peaceful, just what we needed after a long flight.
