"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. This property is listed as a 4-star hotel on Expedia, but my experience did not reflect that rating. I would strongly recommend checking reviews on Yelp before booking. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was clearly not cleaned properly. "Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful."
