I am very disappointed with my recent stay. This property is listed as a 4-star hotel on Expedia, but my experience did not reflect that rating. I would strongly recommend checking reviews on Yelp before booking.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was clearly not cleaned properly. The floors were sticky, there was visible residue on a lamp, and the comforter had a noticeable brown stain. We reported this to the front desk and were assured by both the manager and receptionist that a replacement comforter and additional towels would be delivered while we were out at Epcot.
Unfortunately, when we returned around 11 PM, nothing had been delivered, and there was no staff available at the front desk to assist us. As a result, we had to sleep using only the sheets. We contacted customer service, and the items were not delivered until the following day after further follow-up.
Additionally, we requested housekeeping services three times during our week-long stay, but service was provided only once. We were also promised a refund of the resort fee and a late checkout at 1 PM; however, when we followed up, those commitments were not honored.
Overall, the level of service and communication was extremely disappointing. I recommend documenting the names of any staff members you speak with, as there appears to be a lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.
