"The shuttle was 45 mins late with no apology. The general manger was rude at check in. He lacked emotional self control and wanted to engage in an argument however I chose not to speak and just check in. After checking in and walking away with my wife he tried one more time to engage with a passive aggressive attitude. When I didn’t, he said “oh no you are not staying here with that attitude” and cancelled our reservation. Absolutely unbelievable lack of pose, self control and leadership."

"It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out.
