"Saw few reviews n booked. Regretted. Staff was nice. Checking in was good. The room was ok. Kitchen was ok. Bathroom was ok the bathroom fan didn't work. Was non smoking but the elevator n corridors smelled like smoking cigarettes n ........ not good for families. It was my first trip to seatle. Felt embarrassed to book this spot."

"We booked an accessible room as I am in a wheelchair. They put us in a regular room. When we went downstairs to tell them the lady looked at us like we were crazy. They did, get us an accessible room which was ok, they bed was kind of tall, the shower bench did not fold down we had to set the bench in the tub and adjust it. There was a $35 parking fee which I feel was ridiculous even in a handicap spot. Definitely won’t stay there again."
