"Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am.
Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

"Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there.
There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street.
The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...

"This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "

"Two buildings with 2 SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL elevators. This time of year there are lots of families traveling with children. Some kids were unsupervised, jumped inside the elevator and put it out of service. This means that you'd have to go down the stairs with your luggage. It happens too often. Even though I really like this hotel and it's location, I won't stay there during the summer months."

"I've been going here for years. I drive 4rs to visit family... They're parking policy and pet policy changed. And they didn't tell me until i got there to pay. They are expensive from time to time. But they might lose a customer. Sucks. Extended stay is better prices "

"Hotels was great! 13 coins restaurant was delicious and convenient. so close to Lumen field and T-Mobile park. secure parking was nice, but pricy due to new laws but would have been more $$ at other places.
Staff was great, ask soooo friendly. Elevators were some of the fastest I have been on and pool area / balcony is amazing !!
Newer hotel build so it was very clean. Embassy is always a great choice."
