"The Male on Reception was lovely, really polite. The rooms didn't look anything like the photos. It was freezing in the room, i had to sleep with multiple layers on. There was no TV remote, The view from the window was horrible. There was a 21st birthday party, it was so noisy, and people sat on the steps drunk when we was trying to get to our room. The food at the restaurant wasn't great and the prices were high for the quality. I wouldnt return but the staff were lovely. "

"Room A was fine with quirky gadgets, jacuzzi bath was a hit, bed was comfortable. However the overall cleanliness of the room, especially the floor, and around bedside tables was dusty with bits of debris on the floor. Myself and my partner had no sleep at all! This was due to the excessive noise from other residents, especially the couple staying in room B, who spent most the night arguing, and constant coming and going.
