Cleaner shower curtains!

Receptionist was very friendly and the location was great and quiet even thou is extremely close to the highway. Only complain is the fabric shower curtain, it was brown at the bottom and had a terrible smell.

Not safe area lot of low income residents there was officer in lobby when checking the rooms were beat up shower leaked no hot water tv could get out of Chanel 88 was to be a 2 night stay checked out at 5:30 am left key in drop box will not recommend staying here in The Woonsocket RI

Okay place except for remodeling done too late at

The room was ok. I enjoy a softer bed. TV was fine, bathroom was okay. There was no place to hang up clothes. The room was clean. My issue was they decided to remodel the room next to mine. One night they worked past 10pm pounding things apart. The next night they worked until 20 past midnight. I told the AM desk about the late night demolish and remodeling he told yes they were remodeling. He could have cared less.

Well let me start off electric I called to get a price when I was told $100 when I get down there the first went to 175 was totally disgusted by that was told there were no more rooms left but the price went up to 199 through the night which told me that was a lie it was hardly any cars there there were plenty of rooms available 175 was the absurd silicone paying for it because I did not want to be stuck in the rain me and my wife got the room the bed in front of the bathroom is a fire has it several times we almost fell because it was too tight to get in the bathroom I have videos and pictures not to mention to the night my wife which she is pregnant woke up screaming jumping around in panicking upon coming her down there was a cockroach in the bed it was crying on Earth I have videos of that also in pictures also the bed blocking the bathroom the bottom of it was broken so if you sat on it it felt like you were going to fall to the ground I should be refunded my money if not I will bring these videos to every news outlet I can I will put it up on every social media site if you would like to see them reach out to me I will send them to you

What You'd Expect For Price

You get what you pay for, but it was clean. Only 2 bath towels in room, no washcloths or hand towels. TV was almost impossible to get working. If you just want to place to sleep and shower quickly it's not too bad.

The staff was kind but the property was questionable in "guests" out back where we were supposed to stay. We told the front desk clerk, and we were fully refunded. It felt like a basement in the room. the bathroom looked nice but we didn't stay and only one overhead light for the entire room

Lots of odd splatter stains on the walls and in the shower stall and on the bathroom tiled walls, the shower handle was broken, no breakfast, cable keep going out and not working, just overall not cleaned well. With the way the road has been “improved” it isn’t convenient. Can’t go left out to get to highway, have to go right then make a U turn down the road.

Towels were dirty with black grease like substance, toilet bowl lid was cracked, shower/tub water control handle loose, no screen on the window in bathroom, no place to hang clothes in the room nor bathroom, staff not in the office on checkout, loud banging noises from room next door and no staff to handle the issue, additional fee of $30 charged with no explanation (and no staff present to ask the question to!), and the mattress on bed sags in the center. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
