"Got 2 rooms for 10 people. My kids had a blast My kids went swimming then had dinner and snacks. One of them got carried away on the snacks Ave got ill in the middle of the night. I felt so bad about the mess. Staff assured me it was no issue despite my offer to clean the mess myself. The beds were comfy and breakfast was great!"

"Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

"This was my worst hotel experience ever and I've stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express locations. Upon check in I was told I had to cancel my reservation made through Expedia and pay the hotel more than double what I had paid to use the airport shuttle and parking lot. When I explained that it stated on my reservation that the shuttle was included and parking was listed as available. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive telling me to cancel my reservation for $130 and pay over $295...

"The motel is very easy to find and the parking is plentiful for the number of rooms. I loved that I could park right across from my door and not have to do any steps. I travel with well behaved (show) dogs and the motel was very welcoming. The room was larger than I expected and it was nice to have the little dinette table to sit at instead of having to lounge on the very comfortable bed. It was warm inside when I first arrived but the A/C cooled it quickly. I'd love to go back next time...

"The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

"Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. "

"I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. "Clean. New hotel. We were on first floor near the lobby. It got a little noisy during breakfast which was fine. Lots of road noise as our room was in the highway side. All in all, a very nice stay. Would stay again."

"The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . "
