"The place needs updated but the people who work there are super nice!!!especially the food lady on Monday morning i wish I knew her name Monday July 13th she was really sweet !!And the housekeeper too that same day she was very nice The power went out the morning we left so we couldn't get ice .It was crazy we heard a big boom and the power shut off The door was hard to open because it was one that was automatic .My only issue was the smell of smoke in the hallway and it needs updating"

"Very dirty bathroom. Hair everywhere inside the tub and on the floors in the corners. The bed closer to the bathroom had a key card underneath the sheet and black breeze pro under the blanket. My son and I ended up sharing the other bed in knowing that the other bed definitely didnt have clean sheets. Im sure the other bed wasn't cleaned also but it was 130am and we had traveled a long distance. We took showers and made with what we had. I feel like its nasty not to change sheets in between...

"I had a great short trip at the Holiday Inn Express in Port Huron. There was a last minute change to our reservation, and the lovely front desk associate was able to adjust our room and give us a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. There were little amenities in the bathroom, but very easily accessible if you call down to the front desk. Breakfast was very standard - not the best continental I've had but it was sufficient. I would stay here again!"

"Floors were clean but I don’t walk on hotel carpet while barefooted & this was no different. Upholstered chair in room was worn & dirty. Sink & mirror borders were scraped & finish was worn off."

"The Quality Inn at Port Huron was terrible. The property was not maintained. Weeds everywhere. When I went to check in there was a motorbike inside in the front door. I could barely get in. No one was a the front desk. The desk clerk came in from outside smelling of weed. Checked me in. We were in a hurry because we were attending a wedding. When we arrived back later in the evening our room smelled of stale smoke. Cigarette butts were on the floor. We always request a non smoking...

"The view of the golf course was nice. And the location great for our needs. It was very expensive to us for our purpose of being close to the family home in Croswell at the time of the funeral of my husband father. No breakfast options at all made it difficult. And no microwave to go with the mini fridge. I was certain there was one on the list. For a wedding and golf venue both breakfast included or available to purchase and a microwave for at least reheating coffee ( no lobby coffee or...
