" What I like is only one thing(close to the Niagara fall) It’s only take 5 min to get there. The property is old and needs renovations. I can here squeeky sound every step and neiborhood is not very good. I can smell weeds at the street. Parking is ridiculaous, it’s alternate side street parking without any evident signs. Even the property owner did not notify it. Just got ticket."

"The place was not what they said it was. The neighborhood was in a really bad part of town. There were crack heads in the street every night and couldnt tell if there was a gunshot or a fire work. Everything they said was within walking distance was not. And there was pee stain on the beds!!!!"
