"The hotel was clean and seems like it’s pretty new. However, the pictures on their website don’t reflect the same quality. The ocean-view room isn’t worth the extra cost, so don’t waste your money. The toilet was loose and the sink was clogged; the water rise and take a little bit to drain. The continental breakfast it was the worst. There wasn’t much light in the room, and all the food was cut in half. The yogurt was served in a large bowl covered with plastic wrap paper, so you couldn’t tell where it was served from, so people were putting their hands on it. When I asked the lady if, by any chance, they served another kind of eggs (not cold boiled eggs), her response was that they weren’t a restaurant and that we could go around to find one. It was my first time in the area, and I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not worth the price."

"Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el view a la beach está muy bien, solo que el clima nos impidió disfrutarlo, es una edificación vieja pero está bien cuidada, la ubicación es perfecta xq solo está a 8 minutos de PTown, recomendaría limpiar un poquito más el hot tub y poner azúcar en la habitación"

"They close for lunch 12-1pm every day so you can’t check in. Can’t use the indoor pool if it’s windy outside. Place was dated. Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. Rusty pipes in the Bathroom. Can tell on the popcorn ceiling lots of patch work done likely due to leaks in the past."

"I was really surprised by how comfortable our stay was at Cape Colony. On the surface, it appears to be a typical roadside motel. However, after the first of 2 nights, we were seriously impressed by the comfort of the beds and pillows. Speaking as a veteran road tripper, these were just about the most comfortable we have slept in… bar none. We inquired as to the make and model to buy for home. Additionally the place is very clean, very friendly with a heated pool and close proximity to Provincetown. We recommend Cape Colony hands down."

"We were surprised that we could not eat at the hotel in the evening due to all 3 restaurants being fully booked over the weekend. We said we were happy to eat at any time as we were staying with them but they had no space. We found it odd that such an expensive resort could not cater for their guests. The staff simply shrugged their shoulders and said we should have booked in advance. There were several other families in the same position as us, so if you are staying there remember to book a table in advance if you want to eat at the hotel in the evenings!"

"Hotel location was great, on the main street, Commercial Strret, about 15mins walk to centre. Room was lovely and clean with a great view out to the ocean. Parking perfect. Welcome was luke warm but staff next morning were friendly. Breakfast limited for mu gluten free diet but still I had more than enough to eat."
