"Everyone was so kind and welcoming!"

"No heat in common area and all halls. Have to call on phone if you need anything to a random person off site. No guests were there except us. Charged $200 more for suite. No sheets on upper loft bed. No coffee until late morning. No closet. At breakfast no bread for toast. Random guy arrived to cook an egg. Horrible week in this place. "

"The lobby is not attached to the building the rooms are actually in, so that took a minute to find. Water in the lobby has been sitting for days, tasted disgusting. Small room, very dated. Smart TV with no WiFi meant no tv. We had to use our phone as a hot spot to watch. Water in shower smelled terrible when I showered in the morning. The continental breakfast was a joke. The staff was apologetic about the breakfast. It was premade waffles, 2 sausages some ham and cereal."

"I was incredibly disappointed with my recent stay. The property feels very outdated, poorly maintained, and is in desperate need of a major renovation. Given the high nightly rate, the value simply wasn't there. Many other hotels nearby that would be a better choice. "

"Stayed here twice within a week for family spring break trip. The breakfast both times had really good options, not so many options for vegetarian diets, and the staff kept everything stocked as people went through. Stayed in a double queen room and the beds were comfy, pillows squishy. Plenty of places to plug in and charge electronics, including some spots with USB-A ports. 10/10 plan on staying here in the future when traveling through Denver. Parking is a little cramped in front so I would...

"Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding."

"The room was clean, but very ran down Hot tub was ho, but the jets did not work. So it was basically a bathtub I told the clerk at the front desk and she said she would let maintenance know. I tried every day, and it never did work"
