Floors not swept or mopped (misc plastic garbage pieces/ caps visible) chair stained.."

"Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...

"I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again."

"If you like trains this place is for you. In all hours of the night it comes thru, shakes the building. Bars near by are loud, a lot of drunk people."

"The room was ok. Standard hotel room and clean. Staff were unhelpful, we stayed for a week and they had zero customer service. Getting replacement towels and toilet paper from the front desk they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them. The first night my kids went in the pool and found a piece of glass in the pool. When they let staff know they were told they check the pool every night so there wasn't anyway that was in there. Basically insinuating that they were lying about finding...

"This is a great place to stay. Everything was outstanding. I had only 1 issue and that was just a slow draining shower. I told them at the front desk I was leaving for a bit and could they look at it. Indeed when I returned in 2 hours it was working fantastic. Room was very clean, shower was hot and had lots of pressure. I will stay here again for sure if I pass through Maine in the future. Very nice and courteous staff all the way around as well. Beats a lot of pricier hotels I have...

"We had an amazing stay at Grand Beach Inn! The motel was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The restaurant right across the street had some of the freshest food we've had in a long time. "The staff was very polite and professional when checking in. The room needed some help. It seemed clean enough, but a coat of paint might be helpful. The rug was pulled up in spots as well. All in all it wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. Good for a quick one night stop over with amenities close by and the price was reasonable."
