There are construction works above below and around this hotel and they know about it because there is a notice in the room. It's a disgrace that they did not make this clear up front so we could have chosen to not sleep there. No refund no discount. "We arrived very late at night, but were given a warm welcome and a fast check-in. Beds were very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The hotel is conveniently located by the river in Changi Village, a really lovely area worthy of a standalone visit, with a good Hawker Centre within 3 minutes walk.
