Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made such a long stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Two team members in particular really stood out. Jilly on reception was an absolute bundle of joy every morning—her warmth and energy set a positive tone for the day and made me feel right at home. Laura was also wonderful; always present, always smiling, and consistently happy to help with anything I needed. They both deserve a big thumbs up for their outstanding hospitality. Breakfast each day was great, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. I also had the lovely surprise of receiving a free two-course meal after registering on the hotel’s website, as it happened to be my birthday—such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel special. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am already looking forward to returning in the next few months. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is in an excellent position to the town. The staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for a long time. Unfortunately the hotel is is need of an update. We had the first room (51) on the ground floor. This backed onto a courtyard outside the kitchen. It was noisy and there was a "hume" from some kind of machinery that kept kicking in. The heating was not on in the evening, despite it being only 2 degrees outside. For the sake of convenience, we would stay again."
