" Some of the gym equipment was not working, and the shower curtain was dirty. We also had to go down to reception to ask for dishwashing liquid because there was none in the cabinet. The reception staff member who served us was okay, but the lady behind the counter was very rude. Her attitude was unnecessary and it ruined my happy and peaceful mood at that moment. She kept arguing with me about the drink voucher. She said I only had one voucher, which meant one drink. However, I explained to her...

"Top Zimmer, die Einrichtung wirkt neuwertig und das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Flughafen sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto/Shuttle/Uber/Bolt und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Sehr zufrieden!"

"乗り継ぎのためと割り切り必要かな？スタッフは問題ないのですが施設に問題が・・・泊まった部屋はボイラーの上なのか時折結構な機械がうなる音と振動があり寝れたもんじゃないです。高速道真横なので車の音も気になります。耳栓必須！レストランは音楽も無いので腹を満たすだけと割り切り必要。 "

"Great location for an overnight stay before an early international flight with a helpful complementary shuttle service to and from the airport. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable with good soundproofing. Would highly recommend!!"

"The rooms were pretty average, smelt of cheap cleaning g products. Lawns were unborn, stray cats hanging around the property. Couch had stain on it. Staff were ok, shuttle to airport was handy. It should potentially be called a motel rather than a hotel."

"Ive stayed here before and will likely stay again. It is convenient to the airport and perfect for a layover. It is not that close to Auckland's amenities for longer stays. I did get an upgraded room this time which was way nicer than the standard rooms I've had before. Really nice after 22 hours of flight. A few public transport options near by. My bus ride from the airport was only about ten minutes."

"This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner."
