"Beautiful building, Nice rooms, very good location near citycenter and the very nice Lake. Not much servise when arriving - eg no light in the kitchen and no responce when calling the number for service."

"Beware of extra costs!! We were forced to pay for parking even though it is stated several times in the description as free. When we asked about this, the landlady became very unpleasant and threatened that if we did not pay, we could just cancel. There was a strong and very unpleasant smell in the bedroom - smelled of old sweat. I think it came from the sofa bed, where they had clearly tried to remove something/stain.
