"I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

"We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! We would definitely stay again!"

"Stayed in a pet friendly room. The entire hallway smelled terrible but our room was another level of horrid. The floors were upon arrival were so dirty that our sock turned black. The walls and baseboards were covered in spray marks, dirt, and dust. Before I checked out, I pulled the sheets off for housekeeping and noted fresh looking pee stains (that my animals did not do) to the mattress covers and one had dirt marks all over it. "It’s our favorite spot to stay. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast or dinner, we can grab a bite to eat if we don’t feel like going out. Pool and hot tub are a must have treat. And we love our popcorn treat while we wind down in the evenings."

"The problem we had was that Expedia sold us a queen bed room but when we got there we were put in a standard bed room . It was smaller and on top of that the single bed squeaked when we moved. Not satisfied for those reasons"
