The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never...

The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! Lo que no me gustó es que llegue en vehículo híbrido y todo bien porque hasta encintre donde conectarlo, sin embargo sin avisar pudieron una caja y candado en el enchufe de corriente restringiéndonos su uso sin avisarnos, se me hizo de mala educación no avisar, si había problema por usarlo nos hubieran dicho o nos hubieran avisado si había q pagar por usarlo."
