"I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last 6 months and just like the times before, this last time was great. Staff is very attentive, the restaurant was wonderful, and room was clean (as always). "
"Great friendly staff. Hotel is attached to a mall with a movie theater, which is very convenient. Pool is one of the beat indool hotel pools I've seen, especially at the price point. Unfortunately, area the immediate area downtown is sketchy, so we were concerned about the bikes we had attached to our car. It would have been a pain to take them off as we.were staying just for one night but the staff allowed us to park right in front of the drop off in front of the hotel so we were okay. Would...
"My only conplaint about thid property was that i tired to get ahold of rhem via phone using myltuple numbers and had expedia teay as well. All numbers were out of service. Otherwise no issues. The property was very clean the staff super friendly and helpful and so quite !!"

"If staying in Sault Ste. Marie, this is a must. Reasonable comfortable hotel with a fantastic restaurant and bar. I have stayed here many times, not a bad thing to say!"
"Bathroom was dirty, need wiping on walls, can see coffee drip stains. A little stuffyness coming from rugs. Old setting hotel. Main floor is floor 1 downstairs. Felt creepy coming down alone at first. Beds kinda hard, springy, prefers soft beds"
"I met the most beautiful people staying at the property , they are here not for a vacation or even , they are staying here due to housing shortages in the area and are the most kindest couple and I loved learning about kenora and Ontario from them . We became instant friends and will treasure those moments and I hope to meet them again im the future .
