"let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

"We stayed 3 days and nights. The bed sheets were not changed and the bed was never made in those 3 days. Why is that? The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very nice. We asked for a wakeup call but never got it. Why was that? There was no spa in this hotel."

"It was a fine hotel. My only complaint was that we had a room next to a rather noisy ice machine."

"I spent one night at this reasonably priced hotel just off I-79 and adjacent to a regional airport in Fairmont. My room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, plenty of storage space and TV with many channels. Hotel staff were courteous and professional. There was ample onsite parking available. A complimentary continental breakfast is available to guests every morning. The hotel is surrounded by many amenities including a diner, gas stations and convenience...

"Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned."

"The hotel cancelled my reservation and did not notify me until I was there to check in. Even worse, they said they had refunded my money when in fact they had not. Be warned that reservations mean nothing and whatever you do, don't prepay for your stay."
