"Bug in our bed"

"When I arrived no one was at the check-in desk. I waited. A worker mopping the floor went in and got someone. I wanted to check in early, 1: 30 p.m., but was told I could not since check-in was not till 3:00 p.m. I have not had this issue before at other hotels. I was not happy because I was going on 3 hours of sleep and really wanted to just get into my room. I realize check-in was 3:00 p.m., but you can't tell me there wasn't one clean room available. Breakfast was good."

"They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip."

"I stopped for one night and it was a great place to stay. Nice staff, nice area and no disturbances. Great price, would recommend!"

"Had a really nice room at first. Tv and refrig didnt work. Moved us across the hall to smaller room. Smelled like animal pee and mildew. Carpet felt wet. I wasnt happy with this room at all. Pool was nice. Pool area needed picked up, more fresh towels, and air for those not swimming but need to watch their children. Opened windows, but told this effected AC. No ac in pool area. Pool hours were terrible. 9am to 10pm. Breakfast was so so. Not enough sitting area for breakfast. Staff very nice."

"let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

"I liked the lower price for such a clean and large room. The beds were comfortable. I would of liked a firmer mattress although it was still very comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in the area. Thanks."

"Bob, who makes breakfast a special event. We had the best breakfast ever because of his hospitality and attention to details. Thanks for the homemade waffles, Bob!"

"Checking was to be after 3:00 I waited for an hour for my room to be ready — 4:00 and the room was freezing and the windows could not be opened I wanted an accessible room — I got what they call accessible but the shower was in the tub — there is no way I could get into or out of the shower himself and I was traveling alone I finally turned the heat on to warm up the room even though it was 88 degrees outside I changed motels after one night"

"While I didn’t get to use the bar everything else was great! The staff was amazingly helpful and super friendly. "

"Hairdryer only operated on low. Elevator was questionable. It jerked and often landed lower than the floor creating a step & possible tripping hazard. Front desk gentleman was alone and very busy, but went above and beyond to offer help if needed. He was very apologetic about the wait checking in even though we were not overly concerned."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Did not get a sofa bed in the room. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and there were mostly empty containers. This was not the fault of the employee. She was trying to keep the food stocked, tables clean, and run the front desk. She was stretched was too thin. We have stayed at this hotel many times to go shopping, not sure if I will book this hotel again."
