"The room was described accurately and was perfect. The resort was very nice and clean with lots of amenities. All staff were extremely polite and very attentive. This was the perfect Summer getaway. We would definitely book again; perhaps in winter to get that experience."

"It was a great stay overall, but the check-in instructions could be improved, as other guests have mentioned. The process would be much smoother with clearer, simpler, step-by-step instructions provided in order. Other than that, the place was super clean, felt luxurious, and offered great value for the price. I will definitely come back again."

"We loved that it is so close to Temple Square, literally 1/2 block north. We also loved that we could leave our vehicle parked there for the day of our check out while we walked around Temple Square."

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"The hotel has great location but desperately needs renovation. Everything was quite shabby, especially the bathroom. Heating could not adjusted (hot like a sauna when I arrived) so had to keep windows open in the middle of winter. The staff adjusted it a bit eventually. Overpriced. "

"Highly recommend as this is a great place to stay. Great location/area with walkability to so much like food, convenient stores and malls. The property/complex itself is great with a pool, clubhouse, and fitness center. All very aesthetically pleasing. The unit itself was very spacious, clean and well put together. I’d 100% stay here again if ever back in SLC. Thank you!"

"Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. "
