"let me start by saying that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I had a procedure done I'm from Cali and was in town for a week. My flight came in at 5am the day of my procedure it was an overnight flight. 2 wks before I came I called the hotel and talked to Heidi she told me to come at 5am and she would make sure my room was ready. She also upgraded me to a 1 bdrm because she said I need to walk around. She even called me back to let me know everything was taken care of. The day I got there a little confusion happened, but it was quickly fixed by Jessica another amazing staff member very accommodating and nice. She knew how nervous I was and made me feel so comfortable. The rest of the stay was amazing they gave me a quiet area so I could rest in the corner. There was an event going on and baseball tournaments they had me away from all the noise.
They checked on me the whole week to make sure I was ok. Some how my cc was not added and they let me know and never bugged me once. I went and gave them my card and met the manager and another staff member they were also very nice it was in my check out day. They mad sure my room was clean for me made sure I had clean towels they went above and beyond to make comfortable.
I have to talk about the parking garage by far the cleanest I've ever seen. It smelled like clean soap everytime I parked. The breakfast in the morning amazing too. 10 stars for this place"
