"My sister and I loved our stay, easy to get in and out of the building, The elevators ran without a problem. The staff were super, the food was wonderful, housekeeping was ready to help right away with our needs. the man hauling the garbage even offered to help us put our bags in the car. Wonderful stay and we will be back."

"The actual room seemed to be clean and it was comfortable. The lobby/common area was dirty! Not swept. The lobby bathrooms were GROSS! They had no paper product except for a box of tissues and they smelled like a men’s urinal. This was 7:00am, so not enough time in the day to have gotten as dirty as they were. "The check in process was painfully long. During our stay when staff assistance was needed they were not the most pleasant or efficient. The room was clean but the shower pressure was extremely low and the toilets flushed very slow. The check out process was not quick either. The breakfast selection was good though."
