"It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. "
"We checked in and our room was hot. The girl at the front desk was very kind and switched us to a new room immediately. We would definitely stay here again!"
"There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. "
"Nice hotel with very large rooms. Comfy beds. The elevators are a little slow and antiquated. Good central location in Richmond but you need to walk a few blocks for bars and restaurants. Great access to historic sites and state capitol. "
"This was a pleasant surprise! The property was only 1 year old. Very clean and close to Walmart, several dining options and included buffet breakfast in the morning. Additionally, the property has a swimming pool and work out room for your convenience. Would definitely recommend this property. Also, only 20 minutes away from Kings Dominion"
