"Beware on charges, we couldnt find close parking space so we had to do valet parking for 182 dollars for 36 hours, they charged 25 dollars 2 times for service then you find you can use it for drinks if you dont use them you loose them, we wanted to use it the 2 day our check out day they didnt alliw it, pool was dirty like black grease all around, and chairs with this black mud as well, nice hotel, but also i found a cockroach in my room."

"The hotel was nice, but we had our room of the side of the cathedral, pretty but extremely noisy.
We have been to the Riverwalk several times, but this was the first time that where the hotel is located was super noisy all night.
The street noise, cars, car music was very loud throughout the night. We will probably skip this hotel in the future.
Also upon checking out today we had to wait for over an hour to have our car brought out from valet parking.
So make sure you request your car far in...

"Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊.
I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed.
Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat.
I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area."

"The penthouse suite was so roomy and comfortable to stay in. I was able to do laundry, cook, and we truly enjoyed the balcony at night with the beautiful city lights. It was so close to the Riverwalk and all the good restaurants along with the Alamo and other fun things to do. The staff was so helpful. We would definitely recommend staying there and plan on going back ourselves!"
