"My room at West Bank Inn was a bit dated but very clean. The Inn had a very beachy vibe with a lakeside balcony. The bed was so comfortable and the shower felt really good...ample hot water with good pressure. There is also a Keurig with K-cups on the bottom level with 24 hour access and vending on the second floor. "The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."

"Nice basic room. I really have no complaints at all. Only found that the bed frame was weird but that would be knit picking. There was sheet metal for the front decorative covering and I kept hitting it with my foot."
