"We had been staying at a different hotel, but that entire property lost hot water so we needed to move somewhere else in a hurry because my entire family still needed to shower. Luckily the Comfort Inn and Suites had vacancies for a very last minute booking, and I’m so glad that they did! The lady that checked us in at the front desk was SO sweet and friendly. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water was nice and HOT!! Breakfast was delicious, and after breakfast my kids swam in the pool until check out and had a blast! We will definitely be returning to this property if we make any more trips to Ponca City!"

"Since we booked thru Expedia the receptionist would not give us our Holiday Inn points. The hot tub was closed and the air conditioning in the room did not work (it was a balmy 98 degrees) when we got there. After contacting the front desk we were told the maintenance workers had gone home. No other rooms were available so we were told we would get a discount. In the morning when we checked out another lady was working and she said since we booked thru Expedia she could not give us a discount and that the lady that told us she would give us one was new and shouldn’t have told us that. Very disappointing. They should not list rooms thru Expedia if this is the kind of service they provide. "

"Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub, and I even called ahead to confirm the pool was open before booking. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was ice cold and not circulating. In the room, the electronic window shades didn’t work, so we couldn’t raise them at all. The room itself was clean, but the toilet seat was broken—when I first sat down, it nearly caused me to fall. Lastly, there was a billing issue. Expedia charged my card $277 for two nights, but the hotel provided a receipt for $242. The hotel staff indicated that Expedia overcharged us, which is concerning."
