"The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. "It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants."

"The place is clean. There is a mini fridge in room plus it has a full shared kitchen and laundry. Private room and bathroom. On the top floor is a balcony that looks out at Mt Rainier. It was a new experience for me to stay at this kind of place, but it was a positive experience. Vince responds to any questions right away. I thought it was going to be difficult to figure out how to get in the place and in my room, but it was actually easy to do. I will definitely stay there again. Oh the...
