"Very clean and comfortable room. The HVAC was noisy when it kicked on to cool the room, more than I would say is normal. The lighting around the mirrors was somewhat dim and my wife complained about this while applying makeup. I noticed same when shaving. The coffee makers that are being supplied in room which use the tea like bags for coffee are worthless. Might as well not have them available. "I reserved it for the price. But I would stay every time I go because the name describes it to a T. It is very clean (my specific thanks to the cleaning lady who works her tail off). It is quiet. And it is comfortable. Great communication whenever needed with the managers!"

"I love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good price"

"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "
