"If I could give the room zero stars I would. First room wasn’t even cleaned from the night before. Second room was “clean” but it definitely wasn’t clean. Layers of dust and grime on overlooked surfaces like the headboard and safe of the wall which is right next to the bed. Bathtub still had spit out toothpaste in it from some other guest and the shelf in the shower you would put you bar of soap on has so much soapy buildup it was disturbing. "The room was clean enough. The elevator next to reception was broken when we checked in so we went to outside elevator opposite Saffron restaurant to get to second floor. Next evening we couldn’t get back in that same door to elevator and went to front desk, thinking keycards malfunctioned. Basically the Frontdesk talked down to us that we can only come to the inside elevator after 7 pm. We were never told that and no sign on the other door but she expected us to just know!! No apology. "Was pricey but we were in a pinch so had to go with it. Typical for Seattle. Lots of foot traffic outside but no one bothered us. The proximity of the Taco Bell is nice. Room was clean, staff were very friendly. Bed was comfy! Our upstairs neighbors decided to have a clog dance jamboree at 8AM but thus, that is the hotel life."

"As far as old motels go. This one is making effort to be current. The room was large my bed sheets, linens, pillow cases, and towels were all very clean. No stains and no weird odors. The checkin staff were a little off putting but that’s pretty normal for these types of motels. The check out staff had more the energy I was looking for. They had digital locks on the doors that required a key fob to get in. There are noticeable upgrades they are doing to keep the property up to date. The plumbing...

"The bathroom doors in 2 rooms did not close. One, the door needed to be drug across the carpet to close. You need to be top floor to not hear the people above you. No sound proofing. The parking is a nightmare especially if they are busy/full. The breakfast was skipped 2 days of 3 due food not being prepared/present (needed to wait)."
