"The only highlight was the guy that checked us out Sunday & the Breakfast Gal, both excellent! Otherwise, it was dirty in the areas by the elevators on both the 4th floor and 1st floor for both days we were there. Also, no housekeeping on 2nd day, so we had to go hunt down toilet paper, Kleenex & towels on our own, thank goodness only for 3 people not the original 4 people. We have been staying in Sioux Falls for 6+ years now & this was the 1st time we've encountered such a unkept facility. WE...

"When I checked into this hotel, I went right to my room. I walked in, visably could confirm the hotel room had not been cleaned. I walked back up to the front desk and told them the problem. They gave me another room, but they no longer had any king rooms. I said I didn't care. The second room was on the second floor, and I was directed to the elevator. I entered the elevator, noticed the nice garden area outside, and the pool room looked good. However, that is where nice ended. Piles of dirty...

"The stay was great! Although, we did not get the room we booked initially, which was a King Studio Suite. They for some reason changed us to a 2 double beds regular room. We were then told they had no King Studios available. But again, the hotel is great and the staff was great, and we would def stay again. This would be a 5 star review had we gotten the room we actually booked."
