"When we initially arrived at the hotel It was 3pm. There was no one in the Lobby at all there was a sign to ring bell and another said check in at 4 and to call for help. We tried both and no one answered either. We left decided to return at 4 pm. We arrived back 4:15pm still no one working the desk. There were other people waiting to. "Pros: Close to I5, restaurants, and coffee shops. Ample towels in the room. Complimentary soaps and shampoos smelled nice and were not of bad quality. Room temperature was kept comfortable with ease. Room was very clean. Personnel were wonderful: friendly, courteous, and helpful. We especially appreciated the black-out curtains. Cons: Television position on the wall was exactly the worst spot possible. Not comfortable to watch from the bed or the couch/bed and rather small for the space, given...
