"Decent location, although heavy traffic creates a ton of road noise in room. Air conditioner was not blowing cold air (it was +32c). Floor structure under the toilet was completely rotten, and was a true concern - as every time toilet was used, it felt like you were going to fall in the floor below… Contacted hotel of safety concern - but no real outcome or onus, just to say they’d get housekeeping to look at it. Disappointed for sure."

"I am writing this to express my disappointment with regards to the handling of our recent reservation at the Hampton Inn, Thunder Bay. Our reservation was at the rate of $238 / night. "I mean it was a place to stay."

"This is one of only two or maybe three restaurants in Red Lake. Food was great, beer was cold, and service was good. We have stayed here a couple of times preceeding our Canadian fly in fishing trips. We will continue to do so. Thank you to the Howey staff!"
