"The owners keep this property very clean and well maintained. We stayed only one night, but if our travels bring us back to the north shore of Lake Superior we would stay again and have already recommended it to family and friends. Because the property is a 15 minute drive east of the town of Terrace Bay, it would be great if guests had access to a community barbecue or grilling area. While the property does provide a fridge and microwave (both working and clean!) a means to grill food would be...

"We booked the Executive Queen Suite. Room was very clean. Loved having the bedroom separate from the living room. Air conditioner units in both rooms! You can tell the hotel is actively upgrading their rooms/bathrooms which is great. We also enjoyed have a Lake view! Breakfast in the restaurant was awesome! Staff were great - welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would stay again!"

"Absolutely wonderful location, and if you like rustic charm, this place hits well. Great view of Nipigon Bay. Check-in was easy, staff are very pleasant and gracious. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, well stocked and updated. However; conveniences are limited at best. Don't expect a TV, phone, radio, mini fridge, coffee maker, nor good lighting.
